In this course, you will learn hands on preparation and presentation of coffees such as latte and cappuccino using a commercial espresso machine. Course includes organising your work area, providing customer service, grinding coffee, extracting coffee, texturing milk, serving coffee plus daily cleaning and maintenance procedures of your espresso machine.
This is an excellent qualification for those wanting to gain employment in cafes, restaurants and bistros.
NOTE: To obtain the accredited program Statement of Attainment, students must successfully complete all required assessment tasks.
If you opt for and successfully complete the unaccredited program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
