Enrolment Conditions
Note: Mid North Coast Community College restricts the total amount of payment for its accredited courses to $1500 prior to commencement of the course and $1500 payment instalments once the course has commenced. Please see our Policies that relate to Fees and Refunds Policy.
Enrolment is subject to the following conditions

We do not hold positions in a course without payment

Full refunds are only given if we cancel a course. (We cannot be responsible for changes to your personal circumstances.)

A refund will be given if withdrawal is at least four working days before the start of a course. An administration fee will be charged.

A credit voucher may be obtained if withdrawal notification is given at least four working days before the start of a course. An administration fee will be charged.

There are no refunds once a course has started.

MNCCC reserves the right to cancel, shorten or vary courses.

Why we collect your personal information
As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us.
How we use your personal information
We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.
How we disclose your personal information
We are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.
We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.
Study Declaration
By submitting your enrolment (either online or hard copy) you are accepting full responsibility for any injury to yourself, or for loss or damage to your personal property as a result of your participation in the specified class. You warrant that you are physically and mentally fit enough to undertake the activity. You understand MNCCC and trainers will take all reasonable care and you are aware of the risks so far as they are reasonably foreseeable. Refunds will be given in the case of a withdrawal from a course if notification is received by MCCC four (4) working days prior to the commencement of the course, otherwise no refund will be given as the funds are committed. An administration fee will be charged. Information that may be given in a course does not constitute 'advice'.
